Each person you invite gets an email, signs in with any method they like, and their seat licence is issued automatically. Nobody has to create a password, and the app itself still never asks anyone to log in.

Reassign a seat any time. Team-seat licences last 90 days and renew automatically while the seat is assigned. A reclaimed seat is not renewed, so it stops working on the previous device within 90 days — not instantly, because Tessamark verifies licences offline, which is why it works with no internet and no login.
